I absolutely love The Nail Lounge! I always love my nails when I leave their nail salon. My fiancé even loves to joins me from time to time to get a pedicure.
Had same day appts however service was inconsistent among pedicures. Bait and switch prices occurred with print out verses flier. Nail techs were also clearly talking negatively about clients in native language.
I normally never make reviews but I wanted your business to know im never returning and how awful and unfairly I was treated. It was my first time last sunday april 14, 2024. I was charged over $140 dollars to get my nails and feet done and just in 6 days my nails (acrylic) were lifted due to improper service. I called to let them know today they had ruined my nails and I paid too much money for them to be lifting in 6 days like never in my life have I experienced this and I mean 7 nails out of 10. I was very pleasant and nice about it although I was inconvenienced. I brought my 5 year old daughter to get her nails and feet done as well since they had agreed to fix my nails. Just to let them know I would be returning if they took care of their fault. At the end of our service I thought she said $18 dollars just for my 5 year old daughter’s nails and feet that they only painted and did nothing else to so I gave her my card because the lady Cindy said $18 dollars & do you want to leave a tip? And I said yes and everyone pretty much had bad English but after she processed the payment it said $80 dollars. I then said so you just charged me $80 dollars, for what?My 5 year olds daughters polished nails and feet??? I’m confused, she said no, I charged you for your nails only your daughter and I give you discount for not charging you to take them off and I said so no discount or accommodation for my nails not done properly and ruined in 6 days? She said no because I didn’t charge you to take them off! Like what? Are you kidding me? I didn’t want to keep going back and forth and want to argue in front of my daughter or to cause a scene as I’m a very civilized and fair person but I couldn’t believe her. This is absurd and down right ridiculous. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company and I would never patronize their business again. This is so sad because I have no problem paying for good service and I’m an honest woman but to be treated and overcharged like this is unfair.
I absolutely love this nail salon! Jessica does fabulous work, my nails have never looked better. It’s clean, they’re all so warm and friendly. I highly recommend!
My daughter, her two friends and I scheduled an appointment to have our pedicures together and the girls to have acrylic nails soaked off and a new set applied. The nail tech gave my daughter the wrong toe nail polish which really isn’t a big deal but while doing her acrylic nails, did not soak them off but slid a nail tip under her acrylic set between the acrylic nail and her natural nail to rip off the acrylic nails. While doing this my daughter told him it hurt. He waited a moment and then when in to try again. He ripped my daughters natural nail back and slip it up and down and across. It was bleeding everywhere. The owner wanted her to come back in a couple days to put a tip on it and acrylic. We declined since we were visiting from out of town and knew her mail would not be healed by then. They over charged me for her nails and said they would take off the price for soaking off her nails. They didn’t soak off her nails to begin with this was the problem in the first place. But then in turn over charged me to make up the difference. I would run completely away from this nail salon. So dishonest, unprofessional and unwilling to try to compensate their patrons. They also seem to be talking smack about their customers in their native language. Such bad taste!
Pedicure was very good, I went with my cousin and made an appointment two days prior because we heard it can be very busy. The lady who attended me was amazing wish I would’ve gotten her name but the other lady rushed my cousins pedicure. Only reason for 4 stars but overall good. Alex was very friendly, sociable and caring. She worked around my work schedule time and got my nails looking better than ever. The actual Salon is clean, quiet and overall a great atmosphere. I was greeted in a very friendly manner. These ladies know how to provide amazing service and the quality of the product is amazing. I walked in excited to get my nails fixed and walked out knowing I will take my business back to them. I give them a 5 star rating and look forward to my next appointment.
I have finally found a great and CONSISTENT nail salon in the area.
Their color pallette is wide ranging.
My mani hand massage had me falling asleep!
