This place is a big disappointment. My husband and I wanted to go for an ice cream dessert (that they highlighted on Google Maps), but when we arrived, it didn't have anything that was shown in the photos. They didn't serve us; instead, they just pointed us to a self-service machine. When we asked to buy some very small cups of ice cream, they weren't available in the self-service machine, so we had to pay traditionally. However, the person serving was not at the payment counter. It was very unpleasant attention. The place was messy and not 100% clean.
You must purchase a glass mug (with a random design) for $1 if you don't have your own. The design is very cute! However, the design stickers rub off easily with water, so be careful while washing! However, if you are into cute aesthetics, this place is right for you!
I got a brown sugar milk tea and it was delicious and refreshing. Their cups are very cute, with a wide variety of themes to choose from. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service when I visit. Definitely come back soon!
Made a day trip over from Leavenworth and was excited to be able to check this place out. My daughter was looking forward to the cute cups and loved the boba!
The design on the cup is still there [months later] and so it's a quality product. Would definitely go again, if in the area.
Was super excited about coming here for the cute cups but as I'm looking at how cute the sailormoon cup is, I see a hair inside the bottle of my mango coconut smoothie...I haven't even opened the cap so definitely not my hair. Now debating if I should drink it.
Luckily I ordered a second cup of matcha latte with oat milk Love the strength of the tea taste not the biggest fan of the grainy texture tho. Perhaps better with thicker milk,
I am thankful and appreciate that they offer alternative milks such as pat and coconut as people in my family have a dairy allergy and I want to be safe around them.
I wanted to get the real ube drink as I'm allergic to ube flavoring but the staff said it's made with powder still. So I wasn't confident about getting it.
I may come back cuz who can refuse the cutie cups but I'll make sure to check my cups for hair
Frankly I only came here because of the cute cups lol bubble milk tea and boba are pretty standard, not the best I’ve had. But was absolutely smitten with the cute cup designs . I opted for the random design and I’m glad I ended up with something I actually liked ! The lid didn’t seem to screw on properly and the milk tea leaked as I drank from it. I haven’t tried reusing the glass cup to see if it will leak again but worse comes to work, I have a nice decorative cup for my desk lol
Excellent stuff is being prepared behind this little counter. It's small but has a lot of cute things. employees are courteous and friendly. This cute shop has a super cute concept! Glass bottles! You can both drink delicious things and have a cute and wonderful glass cup. I have already completed 4 collections. I think you must have these cute cups. I think it is a great opportunity to use much healthier glass cups rather than plastic cups that you can prepare and use again and again at home. ???? and definitely good location in downtown Seattle!
It’s a really cute shop. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We got a triple chocolate waffle they made on spot so it was warm and a strawberry matcha that came in a really cute glass. I also got two mini ice creams, Thai iced tea and green matcha tea that was very good.
