Nothing like the picture that they posted and stated that they had made! Ordered chocolate fudge cake Sundae, which had way too much Nutella inside and no chocolate stick, less cake. It took way too long to prep my order... an hour to prep. Differently not worth over £10 each!! Spent over £23

When the Asian guy with the turban is there, service is quick and milkshake tastes great.
However when the girls are working, I’ve never had a good milkshake from here and I get them often. They are quite frankly rude and offer poor customer service as well.
Got to a point I only get milkshakes from here if the Asian guy is working, as soon as I see the girls I don’t even bother anymore
Great experience today thanks to Tia. I ordered a lotus sundae and was just how I wanted it. My visit was great thanks to a walm welcome and superb customer service by Tia. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Best sundae I’ve tasted and was so quick to make.
good milkshakes, great variety but only if the staff member is in the mood to make it. asked for a oreo brownie but he said it's out of stock even though it was right there in the window...just lazy.

Tried collection last week and ordered Uber today. Rubbish service. Had to wait 1& half hour for 2 milkshakes and even found a black curly hair in the milk shake. Hope it’s not from Someone’s pubes or something as my friend clocked it after halfway from shake. Really disgusting. How can you run a dessert shop and not follow food hygiene. Never will recommend when there are hundreds other deserts shops with better service and better food hygiene.
Best milkshakes around. Very long wait times, but I’d say worth it, as I don’t have shakes all the time.
Extremely slow service, not a nice atmosphere inside either. Girls seem rude. 30 mins to wait for 7 deep fried Oreo’s lol
Absolutely vile. I gave it a chance even though it’s only got 2 stars. The churros were undercooked, it was like dough and the hot chocolate cold and basically just the Cadbury dairy milk hot chocolate powder that you can get from Asda, mixed with water. I had it in the cupboard, I could’ve made it myself.
