The landlord here is a knob. The pub is hardly ever open, and even when it is... its poorly stocked and he will call last orders at 9.30pm... because "there's nobody in"... by which time you've had too much to drive elsewhere... so he's basically ruined your night because not enough people wanted to go to a lazily operated pub with a weird host who has the personality and charm of a housebrick.
Please sell the pub to anyone else... because anyone else could do a better job.
Good crowd in this evening and good views of the coast - amazing Bird of Prey too
Visited today arriving at 7.30 pm. Pub in darkness. No response despite ringing bell and knocking on door. Very strange given board outside saying open from 7 pm. Disappointing to say the least. Won't go back
Really friendly pub. Lovely staff and customers. Looking forward to many more ambles up the hill for a beer of a weekend.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere, fab music, lovely friendly hosts. Fantastic view of the sea at the back where we met a Harris Hawk who loved to chat!
Would totally recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Nice lady behind the bar. Need more choice of wines only had red or white. Friendly pub
