I would rate a zero but can't, made an appointment for noon got there at 1150 was told I'd be seen shortly, 45 minutes later I still hadn't been seen nor spoken too, the customer service here is absolutely terrible. Go to the other great salons in town. Do better.
Meghan cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She was recommended by a friend who hired Meghan to do hair and makeup for the bridesmaids of a wedding. Said she was outstanding. I also bought a container of local honey they had for sale. It was the best I've ever tasted.
So in businesses like this, the customer should come first, my sister came in an asked to get some blonde in the front. An for some reason they thought it was ok to give a person that just started a week ago to do her hair!. She ended up turning it green!. Then the manager said they did all they could do. An it would be appreciated if you would still give her a tip. Excuse me. But green is not blonde. To top it off she spent 3 hours out of her day. Just to get green hair. A women's hair is everything an to get told that is plain rude. Instead of saying all that. You could have scheduled her a new appointment with someone with MORE training. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend.
I have been going to this salon for over 15 years. Have had just about all of the staff do my hair. Judy is my main go to.Brittany and Makonde are wonderful. I will never go anywhere else. always 100% satisfied????????????????
This place is very clean and organized. I've never had to wait very long when I've arrived for my appointment and they are all so kind. I will continue to get my haircut here and recommend them to everyone. Have a Merry Christmas
Jimmijune was my softball wheni was little as i got older my dad would take me there to get my hair cut so i could get a womans perspective on it all i loved her so much that by the time i was 8 i decided i wanted to be a hairstylist too which i am now the last time i came up to visit it was amazing to see her and the new salon and to see her hair cuts are just as amazing as evert this has probably been my favorite hair cut and im so glad that this town has this amazing salon and stylists there because each one of them there are just incredible i could watch the technique all day and learn so much from the master's. They also do AMAZING UPDOS
I had scheduled an appointment for an elderly lady of 88. It's not easy for her to get around. The appointment was for 11. When we arrived the lady ask why we were there. I told her a perm. She Ask if i was Kathy. She said oh I should of called you. DUH! They have you for 3. She said what time was your appointment. I said 11. I was so mad cuz she wanted us to come back. I told her no I can't. She didn't even care that I had an old lady in a wheel chair. Beulah could of never waited that long or have to get out again that day. It's not that easy for her. This was very poor service. I will never go back here again. Beware you may think you have an appointment. But you may not!
I went in and wanted a change. McKenzie went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. Needless to say I am so happy with my results. ❤️❤️
