Sorry to say but the chips I bought tonight were absolutely disgusting ???? they seemed like yesterdays chips reheated, dry , shriveled up and tasty awful, I won't be buying food from there again, very disappointed as I don't go to the chippy often but got as a treat for me an my daughter
Food is consistently very good, been going there for over 40 years and never had a bad meal. Good size portions too.
Nice food, friendly staff, good prices. The third time that I called them, they recognised my voice and knew my name before I told them.

Actually want to give minus stars. Worst chippy I’ve ever been to. They didn’t ask if I wanted salt and vinegar. They brought the food wrapped up from the back. The peas were like bullets and there were just a few scattered on the chips. I’ve had worse chips in other places, but overall I definitely won’t be returning here. The key when asking for mushy peas, is in the word ‘mushy.’ You would also expect to get more than 20 peas.
Quick, friendly service. Food always hot and tastes great.
