Got the vegetable risotto, which was described as having roasted red peppers, spinach, shallots and broccoli. It actually had fresh red peppers, zucchini, and yellow squash (and not much of the veggies). The rice was crunchy, and the portion was small. The creamy sauce was tasty, though I did not detect the truffle oil mentioned in the description. (Photo shows the takeout portion transferred into my own bowl.)
Held my parents 50th anniversary party here and had so much fun! Kathy went above and beyond to make it a special night. Both of my parents told me they had even more fun than they did at their wedding! I will definitely be returning for more events and to go dancing with friends.
You'll find this gem inside the cove hotel. Had ordered the regular burger with fries, and it was pretty good. The restaurant itself is nice too, and their is karaoke nights. I put the service at three stars because one of my family members had allergies, and she ordered a burger. The directions were very simple, no cheese on the burger. The chef may be dyslexic because they put two peices of cheese on the burger! We had to take it back. The lady at the front was very cool and nice and got it fixed for us. I recommend this place! But be sure to check your food if you have allergies.
This was the second time I had eaten at The Loft restaurant - each time, the experience was excellent. I had Haddock Francaise, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Beforehand, we were served a salad and dinner roll. The dessert was warm apple crisp with whipped cream. The food was excellent, the service was great and It was a wonderful overall experience.
Amazing atmosphere, amazing management team and bomb apps + drinks! We were in to celebrate a birthday and the owner himself sang happy birthday to my aunt!! It was such a fun time with such a great band! We will definitely be back and recommending all family / friends!!! - Kass and Nitza
We ordered shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp, and fried fish & chips. The shrimp scampi was very bland and tasted like it was tossed in butter and garlic. The coconut shrimp was over fried and came with a side of ketchup instead of the traditional sweet chili sauce. I have had better coconut shrimp out of a box from Walmart. The fish & chips were subpar at best. The fish was definitely not haddock as advertised. The french fries were probably the best part of the meal and there was nothing special about them. 10 out of 10 would not recommend food from this establishment. The waitstaff were very accommodating and friendly. There was live music. This restaurant could have been a really great experience. This is my first time at the Cape and I was really looking for great seafood. We will have to do our research next time before we spend $80 and food to end up in the trash.

Looking for dinner and a few drinks tonight. Sat ourselves and were completely ignored. Got up and left said something to one of the staff and he was non too friendly. As an owner of the Cove the food and the service should be much better. We have had food issues before. Will not go back an will not recommend to anyone.
