They had me wait for 2 hours while it wasn’t that busy as they only have one place to work on car for tires. At the time i needed 4 tires mounted and balanced then an alignment. They didn’t have an alignment machine at the time which is ridiculous for a “tire shop”. they left scratches when stretching my tires i had weren’t very careful. Lastly the owner, short person didn’t balance the wheels correctly had the car shaking and brought it back to be fixed and STILL didn’t resolve the issue. Don’t waste your time and money here. Waste of a shop and space.
They help me change out a bad tire about 4 months ago when at least 2 other shops did not carry my tire size in store. Customer service was awesome. They helped me out again today with a different tire that got a nail in it. They plugged it and I was in and out in less than 4 minutes. Didn't even have to get our of my car! Great service. Thank you!
