The onion pie saved it from been a one star, the Cornish pastry was more pastry than filling and the Millionaires Shortbread was the worst I have ever tasted.
Fantastic traditional bakery, far better than the rubbish mainstream. Amazing selection of baked goods. Savoury and sweet. Brilliant presentation and even better to taste. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Definitely keep returning in the future.
Visited for the first time yesterday. I had a cream bun and I don’t think I’ve tasted anything like it, AMAZING!
I tend to avoid these elsewhere because the buns are usually too dry and taste like they’ve been kept refrigerated but these were delicious! Perfectly moist bun with lots of fresh cream...total heaven! Too bad I live too far to make it a regular purchase.
Best scotch pies , Floured roll are so soft Good selection of goodies the best bakery in Ayrshire.Staff always friendly .
Want squashed rolls that are not that great you have found the place.
Go on blame me. Of course rolls should be but on top. I know how to avoid squashing rolls, shame your staff do not. Should not be surprised passing the buck instead of fixing the problem!
