I visited the airport location.
The Manager is rude. Thank goodness the ladies working there were very pleasant or I would have walked away.
I had a Club Sandwich. It was a joke. Ridiculously small portions of meat and all bread for $15.00
A bottle of water was $7.00.
Try to arrange your meals before you arrive at the airport so you don’t get taken advantage of. Iron Compass does not represent Evansville very well.

The worst experience ever. Overpriced food. Messed up orders. Food isn’t even worth the price and the customer service is non-existent. Staff is rude. Charged me twice for a croissant bc they said I didn’t order one the first time when I did. Unfortunately the only place to eat, and with an early morning flight we didn't have other options in town or at our hotel. $10 for this gross waffle plate.
The roasted turkey wrap I ordered was good & I received good service. Drinks at the bar are sky high. The flight was delayed, but the man kicked us all out at 9:20. Lost a lot of $ as everyone is waiting on the airplane mechanic.
Grossly overpriced. Small brew coffee, no refills, $4. Bagel $4.50 and a standard grocery store kind. Out of some items. Cream cheese was $2 extra....tiny one that only covered one side. Asked for another and insisted on another $2. Guy didn't care. Absolutely ridiculous place.
Counter-serve restaurant with a small bar here past security at EVV airport. $28.30 for an average tasting 10" two-topping pizza, 1.75 oz bag of Doritos and a 20oz Powerade is a little excessive. No other choice for hot food here either.
I heard someone else go up to the counter and order a side of ranch and they charged 81 cents for each little side.
Try to eat before you come!
It's the place to go inside the E'ville airport... Literally. There's nowhere else. Has grill options served with chips. Moderately up charged. Food is decent for what you can get, and it comes out quick.
They are charging more than their menu clearly says. I ordered a croissant and egg from the ala cart menu. The woman behind the counter attempted to get me to add cheese and just make it a sandwich for ~$14, her facial expression made me feel like she thought my choice to make a sandwich without cheese was unheard-of. I said, "but if I just get the $3.50 croissant and the $4 egg, my total would be $7.50. She said, "Oh, the croissant is actually $4.99." I said, "Your menu clearly says $3.50." She said, "well, that's an old menu." The menu is posted clearly on more than one digital screen. Her attitude was awful. I opted not to eat there. Buyer beware.
I tried to order an almond milk latte. I can’t have dairy (not a lactose issue, an actual allergic reaction/anaphylactic issue) and they told me they had Almond Milk.
I accepted, and watched the barista take a clear hose straight out of the 2% milk and quickly transfer it straight into the Almond milk. No attempt to even drain the hose full of milk, didn't bother cleaning it, nothing.
My allergy aside, this is a SERIOUS health and safety problem. They need re-training on cross-contamination.
