The Inn at New Hyde Park is a spectacular wedding venue! The bridal suite and the cocktail hour room are among the best on the island. The ballroom and grounds are great too. There are so many awesome photo locations inside and out!
OMG The Inn at NHP is spectacular! My daughter’s sweet16 was beautiful and she had so much fun with friends and family she really enjoyed her evening! The food was delicious. The first time we walked in we knew this was it. Lynne is so nice and accommodating she answered all my questions promptly and gave me a reasonable package that I could afford. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Liam was my planner he was great. Mary, omg a GEM! She assured me everything was taken care off n that was really true she took the burden off my shoulders. It was a stress free night for us she n her staff really pulled through for us and we all were so happy, we enjoyed the night. I definitely recommend The Inn at NHP for any of your event. I will be back!
Last weekend we held our daughter's Sweet 16 at The Inn at New Hyde Park in The Gable room and the evening exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail from the Maitre D' (JC), Suite Attendant (Rehnya), Service Staff & Event Planner (Bernadette) made the best possible team for bringing our daughter's dream come true. The food, drinks and overall atmosphere was amazing. The kindness & patience we experienced from the Sales Manager (Felix) during the booking process was exceptional. And their vendor recommendations were spot on, bringing the entire event together for an unforgettable evening.
I went to a wedding and had a lovely time. My one complaint is that it is not handicapped accessible. I am no longer using a walker but I cannot use stairs - there was an elevator but I still had to go up and down many steps. If you have a person in a wheelchair, this would be impossible. There may be rooms in the place that are more accessible than where my friend had her rather small wedding.
I hosted my husband's 50th birthday at the Inn at NHP and could not have been happier with the evening. We booked the Table 7 space, which I highly recommend.
Planning the event was done almost exclusively by email, which was convenient for me. The team was easy to work with, responsive to my questions and also afforded me flexibility with the menu where I wanted to incorporate some additional vegetarian options.
The night of the event went off without a hitch. Terry was our maitre d' and she was excellent. Would recommend requesting her! Our bartenders were top notch and the staff were courteous and professional as well.
The food was delicious and displayed beautifully as a buffet, along with passed hors d'oeuvres.
The space was perfect for what we were looking for - an informal, laid-back lounge-like environment. The bar is spacious and the decorations (done by Just Delightfull, a preferred vendor of The Inn) were beautiful.
I genuinely could not have been happier with every aspect of the event.
What a perfect day! From signing our contract with Lynne to working with Julia throughout the whole process to Mary and Liz helping me out my entire wedding day to make sure I had the best day possible. I am so appreciative to the entire Inn at New Hyde Park team for making sure the day went seamlessly. We still get messages about how beautiful the space was and how much fun our guests had because the entire team went above and beyond. Everyone should definitely use the Inn for any event - They'll help make sure it's perfect!
The venue was beautiful. From start to finish all staff were attentive and answered questions in a timely manner. The guests all said it was the best shower they ever attended. The maitre d, Terry was wonderful. She handled the bar, food music etc along with great wait staff. I would highly recommend this venue.
SO SO Happy we chose The Inn to host our son's first birthday party! From the beginning meeting with Felix to the end working with Mary and her staff on the day of, they were great! We were initially going to be in their Anthonian-Rose room but our guest list was quickly growing so they acted fast and switched us to a bigger room which was just perfect! Our guests were all so impressed and happy with the place. The communication with the coordinator Julie was also on point! They made sure we got everything we needed and Marco? (sorry forgot his name) from the night staff was also so great! They allowed us to decorate the night before the event and boy did we need that! we were there until 11pm! The space was exactly what we needed and I just can't say enough good things about the staff! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because they did run out of food (we did buffet style) and it took a little while to be refilled...by the time they refilled, the guests didn't really want to go back and get food again anymore. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend The Inn for any event!
