5 stars based on being right for the expectations! Simple fry up food available in massive portions at a reasonable price. Service and facilities all good, large outside seating area available too. No need to book. Only critism would be that the coffee wasn't the nicest.
Would visit again for a fry up.
I called in by chance for the 1st time this morning after a cross country run in Haughley Park. What a fabulous cafe. I'm Coeliac, and I had a delicious, beautifully cooked, gluten free breakfast. Its 5 ???? from me! ????????
Decided to have a family breakfast here, traditional cafe feel, but the food is the next level or 2 up, fantastic value, friendly staff, prompt service.
We booked a table for 10, reserved and waiting for us on arrival.
All plates were empty on departure, I'm returning on the 20th for my son's Stag breakfast, can't wait to return ????
Popped in at lunchtime . Ordered scampi and chips . Not that impressed for the price, as mainly a plateful of chips.
So in future will stick to the breakfasts which are also expensive, but are really nice with decent quality food. This is a cafe so if you stick to breakfast, toasties , nice place to go. One thing being a cafe do not agree with people reserving tables.
Ace place this, great food at reasonable prices. All served by friendly staff. 12 plus bike called in, hadn't booked, they fitted us in a treat. Many thanks ????
Fantastic breakfast. Great choices, fab food and great service. Would highly recommend you visit if you haven't already eaten here
A great Google find. On our way to Ipswich. Which was a 2 hour drive from home. This made an ideal stopping off point for a required breakfast stop.
The poached eggs were cooked to perfection. Fresh avocado, not mashed out of a box.
Decaffeinated coffee and oatmilk. No problem.
5* hygiene food rating.
Toilets were very clean too.
Cooking area on display. You can see food being prepared and cooked. Good sized portions and fair pricing.
Went there for first time recently
Very clean not your greasy spoon type cafe
Nice well cooked food
Choice of meal size
( we had small breakfast)
Friendly staff
Good prices
Will be back????
