Just one photo of the many sessions I have had with Hannah! She always tries to get my look to be exactly like I want! The Hair Place is a small, quaint salon! Both ladies are great to chat with! They care about the people that come in the door!! Love this place!!
I live locally here in town and I'll never go here!! Got refused service because I asked if I can come in for a consultation prior to my hair appointment so we can discuss what i want and what the stylist may be thinking would look good on me.. and was denied service at all. The owner said I need a master stylist and she also said she's to old to guess what will look good on me.. I mean that's what you do... you go to a salon for a consultation and you discuss both of your thoughts and opinions about styles and your face frame, what colors would look good.. etc. You just don't turn someone away rudely and not challenge yourselves as a "stylist" to grow.. I'm over it now, still funny to me tho to deny service because you were asked to give your thoughts and opinions at a CONSULTATION.
Replying to you...Unrealistic expectations, just say you're lazy and not creative. I was going to pay you to just look at my hair, you didn't really have to do anything just look at my hair lol and help suggest a style or a color since my hair is incredibly thin and ALL the styles i like don't go with my hair, and you being a Professional should be able to look and say nope that won't work but this will.. then id come back and get my new hairdo style and pay again.. I dont care about the money... also I was giving you EXAMPLES over the phone off what I was looking for not a set expectation... it Was free money for you.. I wanted nothing more than, to find a stylist who was open to being creative with me and working with me.
What's done is done and moving forward I'll continue to spread the word of your salon from my POV.
I love the atmosphere. It's small enough that you feel like the ladies know you personally and care about how you're doing. Not to mention their great prices! The hours are convenient and it's not too far from home. Couldn't ask for a better place to go.
Love it. Need appointment, but she is always ready for you.

You go Into get a short hair cut and the new girl Ashley doesn't know what a short hair cut is and bangs she took a inch off and called that a short hair cut I called it a trim when I went to beauty school
My go to place . Customer service is the best .
I had my hair cut, an eyebrow waxing, and my daughter's bangs cut. They were very nice to talk to and great environment. Highly recommended
