Desire’s (customer service) was exceptional. she was very patient and professional. There was a slight issue which was resolved quickly by her and the other employees. This place deserves 10’s across the board for products and service!!!

I always have a great experience when I go to The Hair Palace. The staff is always polite and available to help you, and don’t get me started about the awesome sales they always have. This company also does things for the community, such as back to school supply give away, and etc. I will continue to shop here!
It's always a pleasant experience when I come here. Everyone is always nice and so helpful. The prices are fair and rarely do I ever have to go somewhere else to get product cheaper.
