Fantastic fast food place! Japanese twist on the American Burger experience!
Fantastic service and food! My only complaint was that the air conditioner was a little too high and it was cold ???? inside. Apart from that, it was a fantastic experience!
The employees were so very helpful and nice! Very professional and made us feel extremely welcome. We will be back time and again.
First time here and noticed the variety on the menu. Drive through was friendly and quick to take the order. There was a much linger wait than expected I'm not sure why. Thr girl at the window was super friendly and handed me my food with a smile and great customer service. Opening thd bag i was quite impressed with packaging and presentation. Omg the smell is devine and the taste is even better. Onion rings I highly recommend. Definitely worth the price.
Vegan/Vegetarian Friendly! It's like a local Red Robin with faster service. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, and there is plenty of parking. This place is worth trying out if your in Yakima. The staff here is excellent! Both me and my family stop by frequently.
I go here often. This time I was the only person there. It takes a while for your order, but they cook the patties and brown the buns while you're there. This time I ordered and did see the cook do the usual. I got my order and it was different, the buns were soggy and the burger did not have fresh tasting veggies. It was a burger already made and in the warmer for a long time. Could have got that at another place for a third of the price.
All of the food we received was not good… Besides one side of fries, those were actually amazing lol fresh and crispy.
There is no description on the burgers for ‘everything’ that comes on them. To be fair, I could have double checked because I only said no tomatoes on their mushroom burger.. but it had some very large pickles. (never had a mushroom aioli burger come with that ever)
the side Caesar salad had wilted and brown lettuce and the burgers had brown lettuce. For $45 for 2 meals and a single burger, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect fresh lettuce..

My first time here, did not know what to expect. My BBQ/Bacon/Cheese Burger was very good and at a reasonable price. The lightly toasted bun was an added treat. At the table, my Dad & I shared some onion rings and french fries as well - again, very good. The store interior was bright, clean and one staff member constantly clearing & sanitizing the tables. The bathroom was also clean. I was very happy with the food and facility. I will return.
NOTE: I'm glad I was not in a hurry (my Dad & I spend one day each week together to have a meal and just visit / he's 85), and I now have a much better understanding of why the drive-thru is always full. My receipt shows I ordered at 12:25p. The "come get your food buzzer" (which they give everybody inside the restaurant) went off at 12:42p. So it was 17 minutes to get our food after waiting in line (5-8 minutes) to order. For us, ON THIS PARTICULAR DAY, it was not a problem for the long service time. We sat in the dining room for a couple more hours just talking.
To be fair, they promote "cook to order" food, and it DOES taste MUCH better then any McD's, Burger King, etc. food.
When we have time "for the experience" , I'll return with my wife for another burger.
First time coming here, little bit longer than normal ticket times, but the food was well worth the wait, definately will be coming back.
Edit: Had to come back again, the food is too yummy!
Service was amazing! 5 stars all the way. The busser was on point and managed the floor well. Spotless and sanitary! Give her a raise and keep her around for sure! Food was great and a good value.
