What an brilliant local business. Great food and lovely coffee. The Google opening times are wrong, as they open at 9am not 10, at the weekend.

My son found this remote cafe at a dead end road in Lockington on his mobile. We came off M1 instead at stopping at a Moto Services. So glad we did, what a find.
Privately, home run cafe with outside seating and a small inside part (where we sat) for our coffees. The cappuccinos were lovely, frothy and hot. Son's Latta even had a leaf decoration on top. The young lady was so pleasant, very welcoming and chatting to all the customers. Which we were so surprised to see so many people coming in, as not on the beaten track you might say.
Although we didn't eat, the homemade soup, scones, cakes all looked so good.
You must give this cafe a try you will not be disappointed.
Dog friendly too, if you have one.

First visit to this lovely cafe as part of a group of cyclists. It was such a surprise at how big it really is and so different to any of our normal stops. Everyone in the group was very happy with the food and drink. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Our only (very) minor niggle was the lack of anywhere to safely leave our bikes, but managed by locking them altogether outside. We'll definitely return both as a group and with partners.
Lovely little Tea Room, probably the best Mocha I've had. Not been to Lockington for over 20 years but will definitely be going back. Didn't have any food but what was on show (Cakes) looked lovely.

Love this place and will return. The cakes are absolutely delicious and the staff are very friendly and Dogs are welcome.
