Popped in today and really pleased with the great selection of gluten free cakes.
The carrot cake was delicious! Delightful owners who made us very welcome. Looking forward to a return visit to this quaint cafe when I will be trying out the G/F scones.
This is a cute little cafe with some indoor and outdoor seating. The coffees were great would come back for those. We also had the pumpkin soup which was okay but didn't taste homemade.
I like the little cafe. The food is good and the owners are trying hard. I particularly like it that it is well heated - not every pub and cafe are doing that. thanks
Wonderful little cafe. Only popped in to grab some hot drinks but if we are coming to the area again we'll definitely grab something to eat too as the array of food choices looked fab. The drinks were delicious and the staff were friendly and kind. Definitely will be coming back!
Lovely atmosphere, beautiful location and the best cakes, many of which are vegan (but you would never know if they didn't tell you). Good coffee too. Great value as well, I had to double check my bill, I was expecting it to be twice as much.
After a lovely walk around Chagford and its surrounding countryside, we stopped at the Green Man Cafe for coffee and cake. It was excellent. Perfectly charming decor; very friendly welcome; quaint crockery; coffee and cake second to none...would highly recommend the Green Man Cafe to anyone who wants a taste of quality and tradition when it comes to an English tea room experience....
I feel so lucky to have casually found this beautiful little cafe while on a road trip with my friends. The cakes were delicious and the art (some of it by the owner’s daughter, Danielle Barlow) is amazing.
Great vegan options, yummy soup and amazing vegan scones. Our dog also chilled out quickly and was given a treat. Highly recommend
