I have lots of delivered meals from the great wall, and I think that they are really nice. The food tastes nice and they are always delicious and are delivered always in good time. Thanks very much.
We:ve now had 3 average/ bad meals in a row from Great Wall. This has always been our preferred takeaway in town. But we stopped ordering on weekends as the wait was too long.
However the last 3 orders which have been midweek have taken over 1.5-2 hours to be delivered. If we were told when ordering that the wait would be this long we would have accepted it, or ordered elsewhere.
But we've always been told delivery time is about an hour. I'm sure it is freshly made, but when the food eventually does arrive late it's either luke warm or boiling hot and slightly soggy because it's been microwaved.
I decided to finally leave a review last night after waiting an hour and a half we called for an update, and were told food was out for delivery, it arrived 35 minutes later and we only live 5 minutes away!
So unfortunately we won't be returning for a while until this improves.
All round great experience we stopping at local caravan site, could have had delivery but only 5 minutes up the road so decided to go pick it up. Plenty of food for just over £20 , food well prepared, was ready when I entered the shop. All food very tasty and fresh cooked, the staff very friendly highly recommended if you are in the area .
Excellent food and good value for money. We were on holiday in Knapton and found them on google...mixed reviews from other people but we were not disappointed....delivery bang on time as requested by a very polite delivery lady. Also the lady who answered the phone and took our order was very polite and helpfull.
I'm pretty skeptical about getting take aways always have been but I can honestly say that these so far have never let me down always trusted this place always get what I ask for accurate order every time usually always perfect quality nice food I go hear quite a lot nice service thanku
Ordered by phone and was ready for collection in 20 minutes. Food was hot and tasted delicious, bonus was that there was loads of it with a few freebies thrown in. Had enough leftovers for lunch the next day! Would definitely get a takeaway from here again if I am ever back in the area.

The food was hot, delicious and plentiful.
The duck pancakes were amazing, it was all clearly freshly cooked and the pork balls are the best I've ever tasted.
Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
Sweet & sour chicken, balls it stated on menu but we're in fact large lumps and majority were stuck together. Special fried rice was lacking in meat content and had just the one sole prawn!! Quantity was generous in both dishes Flavour was good and food hot, but just 3 stars as only average.
