Very friendly, quick and food was tasty. We had a special curry, Kung Po chicken in batter and special fried rice. Good experience. Paid cash.
DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!
Drive to Newcastle, buy a Chinese & drive back. You'll get what you asked for and quicker.
6:30pm: Ordered and told it will arrive in 20 minutes.
7:30pm: 40 minutes after the told delivery time, no foods arrived. Call back and told it will be another 20 minutes. Not happy but it's Christmas Eve so we can understand the delay.
8pm: No food arrived again. Told to wait another 20 to 30 minutes and it will arrive. We were obviously annoyed at this point and the person on the other phone was very inconsiderate.
No apology on each call and we've cancelled our order. Flights booked to China, I'll fetch some food back quicker than our order would have arrived.

If you want to waste 2 hours this takeaway is perfect! Best in Carlisle! Not only will they waste your time and not take accountability, they will also waste your time for you to order food from somewhere else. Good luck!

First time trying here yesterday as I fancied trying a new one. Defo didn’t disappoint one bit, flavours portion sizes all decent. Will return again. Plenty to share but I ate the lot.
Food good, but when asking for delivery twice 1 hour late, and once cold, needd more delivery drivers
I'm sorry but now twice I've ordered the soup to have a load of jelly lumps in it and ordered special curried fried rice tonight to their be hardly any curry sauce in it but ordered something different last time and wasn't that impressed but thought we would give it another chance since we live in the area. So we are not impressed at all with this takeaway and for the staff to be shouted at and demeaned in front of us plus young children I would not advise people to order from here as we won't be again

I am not a liar you did shout at your staff I didn't say it was the guy on the front it was the delivery guy's. As for no children yes the was because our son was with us and a young girl with her dad.
And why aren't you bothered about the fact I put that the was next to no sauce in our curried fried rice?.
The pic I put was a pic of the jelly in another bowl but I've taken another photo so if I can I will upload it as it's in your tub.
As for the soup it was 2 lots of hot and sour.
I don't appreciate been called a liar and I will no longer be ordering from you.
Normally food is great, one of the best, if not the best Chinese Takeaways in Carlisle. Unfortunately on Friday 04th Feb we had two of the worst Chinese meals that we have ever had, Chips were absolutely disgusting, it looked like they had be reheated several times and cooked in oil that had not been changed in ages. The Chicken Curry was bland and not very tasty as usual, the Sweet & Sour Chicken was again cooked in oil that should have been changed, the taste was terrible. In all the years we have been going there we have never had a bad meal until Friday. Everybody can have a bad day and we will go back again but we will wait a couple of weeks.

Really nice food however the wait is very long, need to employ more drivers.
