Delightful find on St Patrick’s Day! It was a near capacity afternoon-and yet the service was excellent! Great band, food, drinks. The smoked pork was fantastic!
Well atmosphere was ok server incredible but as far as the food this has got too be the worst bbq I've ever eaten sausage came out burn brisket was cold and bland cowboy beens had no meat was just bad food the only saving grace was server she was sweet and tryed too fix it
We always stop in when we're in town. We were surprised to see that ownership and the name changed, but that's all that changed. We still received friendly service, and the food is tasty comfort food. We ordered a Philly Steak and Cubano, and both were great. The fries are really good too! We always enjoy the margaritas too. There seems to be a wider selection of beer choices now. We look forward to visiting again the next time we're in town.
I give the garage five stars because I love the atmosphere. I love the new owners! They get very busy so be prepared to have a little bit of slow service on trivia night but they’re just busy. It’s really a fun place to go. The food is good. they have karaoke night, they have live music certain nights, also trivia night. You should give it a try. It’s a nice place to go that’s a little different in Green valley Arizona.
They have awesome barbecue brisket, chicken, sometimes short ribs, pork ribs. Sometimes you have to get your order in early or it will be sold out.
Love this place....the menus' been updated to reflect the current market but the portions are still huge. The picture below shows 2/3rds of my Cubano. (I just couldn't wait!!)
Had a Philly cheesesteak. It was cold. The onions rings are great though. The service was very slow. They took our orders, brought the food and we had to wait 20 minutes for silverware. We then had to go up front to ask for the bill. PS: Flies are everywhere. I’m giving my honest review. I’m sure the person who reviews the comments will have a snarky reply instead of taking constructive criticism to do better. I hope the keyboard writer doesn’t treat employees the way he responds to customers.
Gotta admit, service was lacking for a Friday afternoon/night, had heard good things but left disappointed. After sitting down to a dirty table, waiting ten minutes to get the table clean, a menu, took another ten to get 1 adult beverage, in total I spent and hour there, got 2 drinks, and two appetizers. Two other tables left with complaints while I was waiting. Went and spent my money for dinner elsewhere. You should probably just do the same. Completely forgettable experience.
I finally got a chance to eat here after hearing all the good things about the new owners. I couldn't be happier with the quality of food I was served. Everything was great & the new direction the owners are going with the place is very positive. FYI, the outdoor patio area is dog friendly. Another great locally owned restaurant that deserves our business.
