This was my first time ever getting my hair done professionally and I really enjoyed it. It didn't take long, Emily was so nice and was really good at holding conversation. Most importantly, my hair looked great for the event and I even got some compliments! :)
Also, my hair NEVER holds curl and the curl stayed all night and even lasted a few days after!
This is where my hairdresser does her apt out of. It so cute inside with a home like feeling. All of the people are so nice and make you feel welcome.
The owners and employees are great! Kiersten always does a great job on my cut. She is creative and stylish. The salon itself has a very inviting and trendy feel, and it's centrally located near food and shopping, which is convenient. In almost 2 years, I have never had a bad experience. It has always been great!
Loved this place. Had my daughter's hair and makeup done for homecoming and it was exactly how she wanted it. Great price too. Will definitely return. She looks great, and feels beautiful which makes it that much better. Thank you so much.
I recently had my hair done there for my wedding along with my entire bridal party of 8 plus my mom, super accommodating! I would 100% go back again if I lived in Toledo. They added only positivity to my entire day and I am extremely grateful for their service.
Do not come to this salon. Find another one. The stylists don't listen to you and they're not as talented as they seem.

This salon tried charging me more money for less services on my last appointment compared to my first.
I came in today for my fourth appointment only to be told by the owner she had deleted my appointment even though I had just called a few days prior to confirm I was in the books.. my stylist was honestly a greedy coward. I can't believe the owner decided to never call me to let me know. I drove two hours only to find out they deleted my appointment with no notification because these greedy cowards can't handle when a client calls them out on their BS.
Will not reccomend this salon to anyone, nor will I ever return. These folks just lost a loyal client that will spend $300 every month to see them, all because they're obsessed with getting an extra $30, which that charge they brought out of thin air..
So very upset and disappointed.
I am now taking my business to a popular salon in Birmingham that I will gladly pay $500 every month to, because they will listen and fill my desire for platinum blonde hair without pulling charges out of thin air and will actually make my hair pretty.
Get this, my new stylist even has her prices delivered to me upfront and they even include the stylists desired tip in that total.

My wife started getting her hair cut here since her stylist moved from another salon to The French Twist.
I've been getting my hair cut here now too. Comfortable setting and skilled stylists. All at a good price.
I've been here a couple of times and thought it was OK. I returned today. No shampoo or offer to shampoo. No styling. $40 for a 10 minute Great Clip-like cut from someone 1.5 years out of school seems overpriced. Will not be returning.
