Best KPortal Reviews
Super busy on a Sunday night but we got in in less than 15 minutes. Fish today's were delicious. Hamburger was delicious. The extra harried wait staff did a great job getting our order and bringing it out. The chef made sure nothing was compromised despite the fraction pace. Recommend.
We had a really great experience! My husband got the 50 cent wings and I got the four cheese grilled cheese. Both tasted great and came out hot! The table next to use got a wood fired pizza and that looked fantastic. Sierra was our waitress and she was super nice and attentive!
I would give them absolutely 5 STARS, the decor had a rustic& historic look. The food was very delicious, I had falafel wrap with fries. Everything tasted great. loved the fries.
Our table ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich with truffle fries, Caprese Chicken Sandwich, Ontario Cobb Salad. Everyone said their meals were excellent.
I really wanted to like this place but that did not end up happening. My friend and I walked in and stood for 10 minutes and were not greeted or asked if we wanted to be put on a wait list. There were 3 women in line in front of us who the staff was working with to find seating for. I made eye contact with about 5 or 6 staff and yet none of them approached us or greeted us. I had to walk up to the bar to ask to be put on a wait list to get seated. No one there acted like they were interested in helping us. Our server was hardly present, she was not there in the building after we placed our order and entire time we ate our food and it took forever for her to come to us to ask us if we were ready for the bill. After we put our money down she never showed up for a half an hour so I walked up to the bar and cashed out with someone else. On our way out we saw our server sitting chatting it up with another server in the building next door. HORRIBLE service. The only redeeming quality is the rustic atmosphere and the live music.
The truffles fries were crispy with that sweet truffle flavor. The Ruben sandwich was one of the best, tender shreds of meat. Loved it.
My husband & I decided to stop here on our way home this evening for dinner. Leaving disappointed to say the least... Waited an hour and a half for burgers & chicken strips, spent most of our dinner with our cups empty - & let's not forget to mention recieving our appetizers without any silverware or plates and than being asked if we "wanted it". Our kids's chicken strips, fries, & our $16 dollar burgers were served to us w/out any condiments - nor were we offered any. Lastly, before leaving we made a pit stop at the restrooms and to mine and another customers suprise AS WELL AS MY HUSBANDS IN THE MENS BATHROOM the trash cans were over flowing, toilets clogged, as well as slim-to-no toilet paper. Needless to say we will NOT be back.
$75 for shitikka masala (play on words). Went with my family. Food was overpriced and flavor was bland. The chicken tikka tasted like puréed tomatoes piled on a bed of rice. Staff was nice and at least the fries tasted good.
