Being a local, I seldom visited this bar restaurant, under the impression that it was more of a nighttime hangout. However, my overall experience was quite pleasant. The service was decent and the fritura was particularly tasty. We ordered two bottles, and I found the prices to be reasonable. It’s a good spot for a daytime gathering with friends. The only drawback is the limited space, as the restaurant now appears to be split into two separate areas.
We always walked past the Factory and it looked very happening and finally on New Year's Eve we went in for some drinks. It had a lot of decorations and such a festive ambience. We tried some cocktails and beer and they were great but the best part was the hookah. We tried the mint flavour and it was amazing. We had to pay in cash for the hookah so make sure that you take some with you (they also have an ATM inside). Service was great and the restaurant is very spacious. Definitely visiting again!
Only reason I'm giving service 3 stars bcuz they knew the event would have been packed. I only saw a few services and our service was just over worked. They need extra hands.
The factory was ok. Some of there drinks were a little watered down. They didn't really have much to choose from on there food menu. The cheapest thing was chicken strip and fries. They had a DJ he was ok but seemed to constantly play spanish music. Seemed to me to be more for the Spanish crowd. I'm sorry I like clubs and lounges who play everything.
Food is amazing. But how do you have 10 TV and you playing screensavers at 6pm. They’re basketball games on, college football and NFL games. One tv is playing the game out of 10. I asked for them to change the channel and they never did.
Whatever you do, do not come here to watch football.

This review is long overdue. My fiance and I ate at the Factory about 3 weeks ago, we had the best experience The food and drinks were absolutely delicious our waitress Denise was great she really took care of us so we are on our way back today. I Definitely recommend this place
We were looking for a place to eat in the area, it was so good. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Great food at a good price, no matter what you order it's made to perfection. I’m a green plantain lover so I ordered mini mofongo, lobster mac and cheese( is a must) and fried calamari. Highly recommend for an Dominican food experience.
Okay the first time I went here at the Factory Restaurant, the service was excellent and the food was served hot and fast. I loved here and this is why I made reservation again at this place. But what a big disappointment. First off no one greeted us at all, staff busy chatting at the bar area not acknowledging that we party of 10 was waiting to be seated. The ladies kept sending us back and forth to the lounge area, no one could find our reservation that was made ahead of time, every time we tried to order something, she would say no they don't have, which they really had it. Took over an hour for our food to come which some things were under cooked and semi-hot. When we was about to leave because the service was bad and our food hadn't come, we all was about to leave and go somewhere else, that's when our food came out. The service went from 5 stars to 1 which is really disappointing. Never again.
