Really nice food, good drinks menu selection, friendly staff and cute cosy place. Good sized portions I couldn’t finish all of mine. Takeaway option available so we’ve picked up a menu. Reasonable prices, great first experience and we will be back to try other options on the menu. The mango and coconut dessert was incredible too. Loved it ❤️
Very good sized portion. Didn't actually manage to finish meal as i was stuffed! Different variations to usual burger places on menu which was refreshing. Also enjoyed the option of a lamb burger as well as beef and chicken. Chips cooked well. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Cheap alcohol options as well, only £3.20 for pint of draft beer. Could be improved by having bottles of sauces available for the tables rather than asking and getting a bit in a egg cup. Good experience overall.
Had a lovely Saturday meal here. My girlfriend who is a vegetarian was extremely happy with her meal choice and the range, given that you have a choice of patties to choose from. We both cleared our plates and enjoyed the amazing deserts. Cocktails were superb, as was the service. Will definitely be returning.
The service was pleasant, however we were placed right next to a family table, full of children, despite the restaurant having plenty of other tables available. Unfortunately, out of a range of 5, they did not have the cut I chose, which at just before peak time on a Saturday seemed rather surprising. The steak arrived quickly, the cut was decent quality if a little gristly, and perhaps a little on the medium side of the rare I asked for... though that's not necessarily their fault as us Brits are often assumed not to mean rare when we say rare. I do mean rare though unfortunately. My dining companion asked for the tomatoes to be removed, but they arrived. Not that it particularly mattered as it was a meagre 3 little cherry tomatoes. The sauces were nice, and placed on the side, not poured over, which was good. Two token pieces of asparagus topped my sirloin and I was left wondering what their point was. The chips were very nice. Unfortunately they could not provide us with Irish Coffees (nor any other alcohol infused coffee) which was a shame as they had a coffee machine and a spirits shelf, but never mind. All in all, £25 for a 12oz sirloin and a pint of draught lager was a steep price for the quality delivered, but the experience was not unpleasant per say.
Had a nice burger and glass of wine! Menu is simple, but has plenty of choices. The decor was very interesting. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will go back sometime soon.
Came in on Tuesday evening with friends and had a lovely relaxed meal which was tasty. We stayed for drinks after the meal as we were so comfortable. One slight improvement would be to serve the steaks on warmed plates????
Loved it! Excellent food, great menu, wonderful staff, enormous portions, fab chips, quick service, child friendly (kids menu, high chairs, changing table etc) and a good booze menu. What's not to like??! Go!
Had a great burger here for about £11, lovely sweet potato fries too. They have 3 beers on draught and a good selection of bottled beer. Staff were very helpful and friendly!
