Had a takeaway baguette, really good price and friendly service. Definitely will buy again, one person in front of me, less than 5 minutes wait. That was including making the baguette.
Highly highly highly recommend. my new favourite place in Oxford . get the runny egg burger which is amazing with just a touch of ketchup really delicate flavours and I’m going to go back as soon as possible.
All they are missing is doing all day breakfast 24 hours

Today I bought an egg baguette to takeaway. Half way through eating it I noticed the egg white was still raw and runny, not cooked. Salmonella can hospitalise people you're going to make someone seriously ill with food poisoning if you don't cook food properly. I don't normally ever write bad reviews, but today this really annoyed me. The Cafe was empty, there was plenty of time to cook the food properly I even went away after placing the order and said I'd come back in ten or fifteen minutes however long you need. Your business is called "The Egg" cafe and you can't fry an egg properly? Crazy. I'm glad I didn't share it with my 1 year old son.
We ordered takeaway breakfast baguettes through Deliveroo. They were amazing, I had bacon and mushroom and my friend had egg, bacon and sausage, hers was huge! Both were very delicious. They were just what we needed after a heavy night out. I would normally collect, but wasn't able to drive this morning. I highly recommend ????
Very clean and tidy. Good sized big breakfast, well cooked.
Lovely breakfast place with delicious food and not very crowded.
The hash browns and the omelettes are very well made.
