Un lugar fantástico y tranquilo para tomar una copa y comer. Vistas espectaculares a la Gomera en primera línea de mar y atardeceres que quitan el aliento, en una terraza muy agradable, acogedora y cómoda. Personal muy amable y profesional. Suelen tener música en directo por las tardes-noches. Recomendable 100%.
Das Edge liegt an der Küste von Callao Salvaje.
Essen: Leckeres Essen zu etwas erhöhten Preisen. Der Ziegenkäsesalat hätte etwad größer ausfallen können (da eigentlich Hauptspeise). Die Paella war lecker, es fehlte aber etwas an „pepp“.
Service: wirklich hervorragender, äußerst aufmerksamer Service. Wir wurden beim Wein sehr gut beraten, generell hatten alle Servicekräfte stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.
Ambiente: Direkt an der Küste, gemütlich gelegen im Außenbereich eines Hotels.

The Edge præsenterede en imponerende udsigt under vores besøg, hvilket alene fortjener fire stjerner og min anbefaling. Dog var madoplevelsen ikke bemærkelsesværdig, da et mixed board og to pizzaer ikke levede op til forventningerne. Personalets service og faglige kompetencer inden for servering manglede, hvilket påvirkede vores samlede indtryk. En opfordring til restauranten er at overveje forbedringer såsom en ny pizzadej, træning af personalet for bedre service og smilende værtskab samt udvidelse af menuudvalget. Med disse forbedringer kunne The Edge muligvis blive Adejes mest eftertragtede spisested.
What a great find . A lovely place on the waters edge , try and get a table by the glass to watch the sunset … food was excellent value and good quality . Generous portions for the starters which was nice .
Added bonus of evening entertainment too !
Watch the sunset , have some good food , and be entertained , all for €115 for two - wine , gins , dinner with deserts and coffee , I’d say that’s a winner ????

Beautiful restaurant with abysmal food, staff and service are lovely, wine is decent but oh my god the food! A tuna tapas dish was just a tin of tuna out on a plate still in the shape of the can and the chorizo tapas was mini hotdogs, you can’t make this up! It was honestly laughable. Prawns were frozen and tasted very fishy too, just save yourself the euro and only get drinks and if you have to eat something just get pardon peppers they aren’t good but edible. Also avoid focaccia it’s just a pizza base it’s not actually focaccia????????
I was on holiday and googled restaurants nearby, I came across this one. Naturally, I looked at the menu and read the reviews, all positive, especially about the customer service..
So later, on a walk about saw it and convinced hubby to come back for take out.
Now first all, restaurant is very impressive, the view of the ocean does it, and the staff were very attentive, I asked if i could order something to go and was greeted with a beautiful smile by a lady called Caterina i think her name was
Short with brown hair, lovey voice, beautiful...anyway order a white pizza consisting of cheese salmon red onions and I asked for mushrooms to be added, no problem she says. I also ordered strawberry cheese cake and whipped cream for dessert.
And chicken gougons and chips for our son.
Portion size was more than enough, and yes, good value for money.
All tasted great, I absolutely loved my pizza, and i will be taking any visit back before leaving.
Came for my birthday celebrations. Matthew was very accommodating and sat us at a lovely ocean view table. Lovely food and delicious cocktails. Highly recommended.
