Absolutely terrible service! We ordered our food for delivery and they changed it to collection. We called the company to ask why the change the woman we spoke to was very rude and unprofessional at her job!
Apparently it s customers jobs to call just eat for delivery! I don't think it is but according to this woman who isn't even English apparently that's how it worked!
Early birdie need to come of just eat because they clearly have no idea how the system of delivery driver's work and that rude woman needs sacking right away!
We requested a refund which will take 3 days as we live to far away to pick the order up. Will not be ordering from here again until new management takes over.
I highly don't recommend ordering from this place.
Nice little cafe cheap cakes and a decent sausage and egg cob
Ordered a breakfast in a box wanted everything very well done. Bacon was only just cooked beans were barely warm . toast was only toasted on one side. And was swimming in grease. Eggs were black due to being cooked in dirty oil.
One plus was staff were polite. Breakfast ruined.
Very greasy disgusting breakfast roll. Tasted more of burnt fat than bacon. I think this is the worst food Ive had in Grantham.
Asked for a ham and egg they decided i should have ham and egg mayo, so try again i want ham and boiled egg sliced get into van and they put warm fried runny egg on with cold ham i was speechless and just walked out without a refund absolutely shocking. I went to chippy over road and was spot on. You would get zero stars if i could ????????????????????????
Absolutely beautiful! Baguette was fresh, sausage and bacon was cooked to perfection, lady that served me was friendly! Thankyou ????????
The food is lovely and fresh. The ham sandwiches are lovely.
I was wondering if there is any part time Saturday jobs going.
I bought a baguette from here and I asked for chicken lettuce and onions just for me to get home open the foil and find only chicken
