Extremely rude arrogant staff. I spoke it Ikmat who said he was the owner. I tried to ask him if there were any offers on and he told me no and to order from somewhere else. Well his wish was granted!! Never ordered here again and will tell all my friends to avoid it as well. Thank you Ikmat amazing customer service!
Order from these guys on Uber eats and when I rang up the restaurant as my Uber app had messed up (as it does) was met with a very aggressive “well you do know we are closed right for one” which I didn’t so I didn’t bother ringing up again. The gentleman who delivered the food was lovely to my partner at the door hence the 3* service as credit where credit is due. The pasta was ok but the pizza showed up burned? The chocolate calzone was lovely though
One bloke, too busy on the phone. Pizza over priced. It Won't be there much longer. All staff gone. Just don't bother. No burgers, chips, chicken or sides. Pizza only. No thanks.
I had ordered from this place many times in the past as I really liked it. Then a few weeks ago my wife tried to place an order and it was cancelled by the restaurant. We assumed it was an admin error, or they were too busy. No biggie, we just ordered from somewhere else. Then when my order got cancelled again, I thought something odd was going on so I called the restaurant and was told the manager has decided not to service my address any more. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was out on deliveries and would call me back. He didn’t. I had to order from somewhere else again, and I was absolutely starving.
I have absolutely no idea why we appear to have been suddenly been blacklisted. We have been regular customers for a while; we always pay; we have never been rude or abusive. I’ve even left them positive reviews on Just Eat.
Honestly all I want to know is why! They’ve obviously lost our custom either way. But as no one has had the courtesy to call me, I have been left with no choice but to leave a bad review for the terrible service.
Ordered via just eat and it was cancelled as had no drivers. Its a thursday evening, I dread to think the custom they loose over the weekends due to this.
I have two pizzas last night I had the Hawaiian and the pepperoni and I was very disappointed
overcooked. I used to have my pizzas from you and they were nice, but I would never have any more again they got thrown in the bin, you couldn't taste the pineapple the ham the cheese it was well over cooked no taste to it what's so ever????????????
delivery time was a joke! they added 30 mins onto our orignial time, when i questioned the driver he yelled at me and called me a lier even though i had the proof on my phone! i demanded my money back as the pizza was barely even warm he laughed and refused! but he was quite willing to take the food back. Shocking service will never use them again
Their behaviour is so rule. I called them to know if they have anything dairy free as I am dairy intolerant. They picked up the call and said they don’t want to say anything over the phone. They even do not provoke any information
