Aww this was a fantastic dessert ???? parlour, the service was excellent ????, the air con was doing my head in as the shop was freezing ???? and I didn't want ice cream as it was only going to make me colder but they were very accommodating and switched it off for us to have our meal which was so nice of them, I really appreciate it. They didn't have what I wanted (apple ???? and ????), but they gave me other options, which were absolutely delicious. The dessert was amazing and the service was excellent. (And very handsome ????)

Really fun little place. The ice cream is super sweet, and there are tonnes of flavours. I had lotus biscoff and coconut, in a sprinkle cone and it was great. It's very kid friendly, loads of other sweet options too (waffles, sundaes etc). Very clean and tidy, staff were very efficient. Nice place for an ice cream!
They gave vegan and gluten free on the menu but the staff seemed to have no idea or training on allergy orders. I was charged £9.25 for a vegan milkshake. The next time i went along I was charged £7.94 for the same milkshake. When i questioned the pricing Habz was very rude to me. Stating if i dont like it i shouldnt come. And that i want to be careful i dont get hurt with my allergies. Ice cream is 75p a scope. The staff are thieves. Habz uniform was dirty everytime I went. These lot are due a visit from food standards. I would avoid. I actually question if some of the staff are racist. As soon as my dining partner and I arrived the staff all gathered in the kitxhen and did not greet us. We were stood at the tills for a good 5minutes whilst the staff were talking in the kitchen. We had to greet thrn and ask to make an order. In hindsight, we should have just left.
My first time here today, Oh my gosh! The best cookie dough I’ve ever tasted. It was so warm, soft and gooey just how it’s meant to be. I also bought a coconut milk and pineapple smoothie, it was so refreshing????. 100% recommend to go here. Ill definitely be coming back.
Had a Lotus waffle and mango milkshake here. It was delicious ????. The staff were friendly and the store hygiene was great. Recommended.
Visited Desserts Hub & Cafe and loved their offerings! The Bubblelicious Sundae was very good, with just the right mix of bubblegum gelato and toppings. The Candy Land Waffle was delightful too, colorful and sweet. A great place for anyone looking to enjoy a simple yet satisfying dessert experience.
