Excellent Club Sandwich with a capuccino on the side.
Very friendly welcome from the Team on arrival.
Service was professional and efficient in comfortable surroundings.
Enjoyed an excellent lunch with my lovely wife.
Came in for a light lunch, supporting 3 vulnerable adults and made to wait exactly 52 minutes before being served our food. Two cold toasties, a panini with x3 crisps on the plate was not up to par. When questioned, staff presented us with a bowl of crisps to share between 4 adults.
After seeing further customers complain to staff and leave, I approached to pay and was told 'sorry', by someone who seemed to have no clue as to what was going on around them.
Safe to say I had 3 vulnerable adults left very dissatisfied and there is no way that I will recommend this business to anyone at all.
Staff still accepted full payment after all they made us sit through, not to mention there was smoke coming from the kitchen and it became uncomfortable to breathe in the sit down area.
Money, time and effort well wasted.

Not the first time we have visited- the last visit was a good quality enjoyable experience so we returned. On this occasion we were disappointed. The Restaurant was half full. Our order was taken quickly, our order took a long time to be served- clearly our drinks order was overlooked as table arriving after us were served ahead of us. My food was delivered ahead of my wife's- she was informed her meal had been dropped and was being recooked. So we came out for lunch together but we're eating seperately. My wife's order arrived finally. The food was okay no more than that. The service had ruined our lunch, we were offered an apology but in my view There was an unappreciation of the impact of very poor service. We won't be rushing back, which is a shame as it is nicely laid out venue. Service matters.
Had a beautiful breakfast and my grandaughter enjoyed a bubble tea. Staff are very friendly. Deli is very clean and comfortable
A fab wee cafe on the outskirts of Elgin. I enjoyed a lovely hot latte and toasted teacake with jam (butter optional) after my morning stroll. Clean and tidy. Good choice on the menu. Lovely young woman served me who brought my order to my table. Prices are reasonable. Good place to leisurely read or crochet first thing in morning.
Was up visiting family in Elgin & looking for places to get lunch. Popped The Deli a wee message enquiring about their menu & Claire kindly sent a copy over to me. We went in and ordered a couple of ploughmans platters to take away (along with blueberry scones - looked too good to resist!) food was delicious & great value for money. Staff were so welcoming & couldn't have been more helpful (same goes for Claire, who I messaged) It looks lovely inside - think we'll be sitting in next time!????
Had to wait so long and poor service also the smell isn't good it's like the food is burning. Wouldn't go back.
Lovely little establishment with great food and drinks and the cakes are amazing.
My only downside is they charge £2.50 for a babycino which is essentially just hot milk. To me that’s rather extortionate as most places offer them as complementary.
Other than that. Lovely coffee shop!
