Visited in April and it had only just opened so they were only doing chips (which were delicious and nicely cooked). Really friendly staff and I can imagine this being a great place to grab a bite to eat and take to the nearby beach on a summers day
Lovely local shop and eatery. Serving locally sourced food. Friendly owner. Great ice cream had on a sunny evening in the square. Food being served looked and smelled great. Shall be back!

Main kitchen menu wasn't available as kitchen wasn't open at 11:45am! No kitchen opening menu board, means you've asked your kids what they want, built up their expectations, then get let down with a "the kitchen is closed sorry". So I only tried the pasties and sausage roll, which are your standard retail catering fodder. Which will go cold while you wait for your coffee.
Atmosphere was being surrounded by a growing group of people getting increasingly frustrated at the wait for their coffee. Girl at the front counter was heard to say "wow its so busy today", this was a sunny Saturday on half term ... who'd have guessed it was going to be busy eh?
Only half of the coffee machine was working so I will revist in August 2023 and revise.
Absolutely phenomenal fish and chips. My buddy got the hot dog, and wow, looked like an adventure full of flavors and taste! 5 stars all the way. Keep it up!
Fantastic lunch. Normally go for the (very good) pasty. Went off piste today and between the family tried the amazing chicken burger, loaded fries and pulled pork burger. Pleased we braved it, as everything was amazing. Generous portion of freshly cooked real food. And in an era when nothing is cheap, very good value for money. Thank you
So glad this little treasure has reopened after a winter break. Food is delicious as always...love the chips! The veg hot dog was very nice & made a nice change. The burger looked amazing & hubby said was very tasty. Great service, all cooked to order. The ice creams are yummy too. Great food coupled with Cawsand Beach is just perfect
Beautiful little local shop that sells the most incredible, fish and chips and Pasty’s…..the batter on the fish is exceptional and the family running it are lovely!!
