Came here for the first time (10:45) on a Sunday morning - it was the cafes 1st birthday. We got in just before a bit of a rush, dog walkers coming in from the sea front...
Great eggs benedict, poached eggs were cooked perfectly!
Pancakes are really soft, light and fresh.
Flat white coffee was very good too, nice tasting coffee in a decent sized cup.
The cakes look very good also.
Nice chilled out atmosphere, very clean, the staff were friendly and polite.
Service was swift.
Dod friendly cafe.

Excellent for coffee and snacks but also does breakfast and lunch. Great staff. Not easy to find if not been before. At the end of a long drive marked Farne Lodge near church.
We were there fairly early for breakfast and were met with a big welcome smile. The breakfast menu was fabulous, something for everyone and very reasonably priced. The food arrived very promptly and was delicious, my poached eggs on my Eggs Royal were perfectly cooked and we were impressed that the full English served black pudding too - very often it is charged as an extra! Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend a visit. Also very pleased that it was dog friendly too...a definite plus.
Lovely breakfasts, the best we've had since being here! The full English was huge but beautifully served and top-quality ingredients. My partner loved the black pudding in particular, a guilty pleasure! My vegan breakfast was immense - again good quality products (especially the vegan sausages) and well cooked. We came away laden with homemade cakes for later - assuming they last that long and the temptation doesn't prove too great! The staff were fab and the service prompt.

I have had their breakfast in a bun, bacon egg and hash brown and also pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Both excellent and they don't skimp on the bacon. Upstairs is a comfortable lounge where you could enjoy a wine or a beer. Prices very reasonable and open until eight pm most days until late into the season.

Good coffee, reasonably priced. Bubble & squeak with poached egg, bacon & hollandaise - absolutely gorgeous! Couldn't manage a cake too but they looked divine. Very friendly service!
