I’ve walked passed this place for years but finally gave it a shot. Best baguettes in town, absolutely delicious! Pasties are pleasant but a tad heavy on the pastry side for me (rather thick edges) and I’ve yet to try the panini. But reasonable value for money and good quality.
I have owed bars in italy for many years, in the past and I must say that the coffee in this bar is exceptional its like being back home the cappuccino is excellant, spot on
Also tried many of their cakes quality is excellant!

I visit CB in York regularly, would not go anywhere else for a sausage roll and coffee. The service and quality is second to none!

Best cheese and onion pasty ( the slice at £1.90)I’ve ever had. Really tasty. Wish I lived closer. Next time I’m in Harrogate I will buy a few to freeze. So much tastier than Greggs.
Usually very good service and food. Today totally wrong sandwich given and discovered after a 1 mile walk. On return no real apology. Check your order before leaving here...... other items cold but I won't be back
The Tuna Melt Panini is still one of the best i have ever had. I just wish there was a branch near me but also i don't as i know i would have no control and buy way too many
The staff Jack and Stephen were lovely, and coffee was great.
Visited here years ago and remembered it being really nice and was happy to discover it was still open when visiting this week. Pasties are really big and extremely tasty. They do some different flavoured pasties which are good to try and I would certainly recommend. Staff are friendly and service was fine.
