Worst experience I ever had. They promised my repair would take 2 weeks. They kept my car for over a month. Finally I went to pick up my car and they forgot to attach several accessories. I had to wait several days before the parts arrived. They definitely cut corners when it comes to fixing cars. The body work was sloppy and the paint had bubbles.

I’m not recommend this shop, little thing as paint a bumper turns on big mistake. They have to repair and paint my back bumper but they charge to pain my trunk too. They not repair and paint properly the first time that cause to re do, but they not re do the all job, they just do an spot repair, so GEICO pay for an spot repair $950.00. I fell like they damage my car instead of fixing it. Bad customer service.

They did a great job on my 370z.

So far so good. Will give an update upon the delivery of my repaired car. They told me 6-7 days. Will update this review with my interaction and actual time it took to make the repairs. I have no rental. They know that. This is a Geico approved repair facility. Stay tuned.

❗Update... The Body Shop did a great job with the vehicle, however they were very confident that I would get my vehicle return back to me in a certain amount of days, and that did not occur. It's not a huge issue, but if you have a family and you're renting a car, a day or two off from the target date, can create a tremendous amount of chaos. The other thing I was really disappointed with, is when I got into my vehicle after all the repairs were completed and I paid my deductible, I was literally Running on Fumes driving home. I literally had three or four miles left in my tank. I had to quickly find a gas station.

If you're going to test the car out afterwards, then do the customer a favor and put gasoline back into the tank that you used. This could have been a very perilous situation, especially if children were in the vehicle, OR elderly people in the vehicle, OR whatever. You just don't run out of gas in the middle of an industrial area off of Bird Road.

The overall atmosphere there is a very laid-back, yet professional atmosphere. Everyone I dealt with there was professional and friendly. As a matter of fact, I never once spoke to anyone from geico, can you imagine that? I'm not exaggerating, I only spoke to the Collision center. Geico could give a flying excrement about me.

Extremely unprofessional, if I could give 0 stars I would! They picked me up from the accident site to make it “convenient” but it’s only for their convenience!! Missing pieces from my car and received my car with the airbag plastic half off. I would avoid this body shop AT ALL COSTS

I had some minor damage to my 2020 Mercedes. Since I live down the street from The Collision Center. I pass by spoke to Robert really nice guy! The quote was reasonable. So I took the car back a week later. And was super happy with there work, amazing, did a really great job!! I recommend this company one of the best!!! Thank you to both Robert’s and Ignacio.. Very friendly and the work is 100% guaranteed.

Excellent Body Shop!! Thy left my car like new. Ask for “Eddy “ ... this guy is very detail oriented. He did a great job with my car. I also received an excellent customer service from the staff and the Owner ( Robert) whom is always ready to help you

Very nice people who ensure you and your vehicle are treated well. Ignacio was very kind, considerate and communicated every detail. Great location and very clean office. My vehicle was returned very clean and in much better condition. Thank your staff for me and I loved the coffee and good company. ????
