(tried to order multiple times over the past month, have been a loyal customer for 3 years, I really loved their food!)
Slow and food below average. On arrival to collect, told it would be ready "in 5". 25 min later we gave up waiting and returned 15 minutes later, food was still not ready! Eventually got our food after 1hr 20 min of ordering and it was pretty terrible - they had forgotten one part of our order, meat was dry and even though we ordered different curries, the sauce was identical on both. Won't be back.
Food taste great , always hot and delivered quick. I've been ordering from CT for almost five years, never had any problems with undercooked or cold ingredients. In my opinion the best curry place in this area. Will order some tonight:)
Ordered for the first time and was very pleased they cater for vegetarians. Ordered a set meal for £20 with two mains, two rice, gorgeous naan,samosas, salad, dip and poppadoms. Food tasted amazing,fantastic value and delivered in half an hour. Will definitely order from here again. Thank you cinnamon tree!! ***** 5 ????
Since moving to South West London 3 years ago, my wife and I have been ordering delivery from Cinnamon Tree in Raynes Park. We're so happy with their food and service that we now wouldn't think of ordering Indian food from anywhere else.The online menu provides all the expected options and more, and the ordering procedure is straightforward. Our order consistently arrives before the estimated time and the service at our door is always courteous and friendly. The food arrives nice and hot and never disappoints on taste, freshness, portion size, and the quality of the ingredients. Something that impressed us from the start is that all the dishes are non-oily compared to Indian food we've had elsewhere.I would highly recommend this top-notch family run business in Raynes Park!
Ordered via foodhub. Lovely Korma with lots of meat! Large portions and fair price. Delivery forgot the drinks but went back to get them and delivered them a few minutes later.
Do not order from this restaurant. CCTV evidence shows they did not turn up and they say they will only refund 50% - apparently leaving a one star review on Just Eat means you've damaged their reputation hence the 50% off. They lie and say the food is outside when it isn't (purpose of the initial review). They say they will give you a 100% refund and don't. They and Just Eat can take it up with Amex.
Ordered chicken tikka masala and saag aloo. The tikka was soo sweet it was sickly and lacked anything like a tikka flavour. Saag aloo was also incredibly bland. Two stars because rice was decent, popadoms were ok and mint sauce had flavour. Next time I’ll try red rose (few doors down) or house of spice (bit further away)
