On holidays here tried this place. We had fish and chips with a small sausage and a large battered sausage and chips. They were cooked to order so really hot and fresh and generous portions. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants fish and chips. So the staff there are very pleasant.

Beef and onion & chicken and mushroom pies and shared a portion of chips and gravy. All bloody delicious and a very lovely owner. We'll definitely be back when in this area again. Fantastic chips BTW......

The fish and chips we had was the best we have ever had. Cooked to order which meant you had to wait a few minutes but worth it. Chips are top class. Service very welcoming
Don't bother if you're not local. Been waiting in the rain for 20mins because the fish I ordere was given to a local who turned up 10 mins after us, while my son and partner's freshly cooked sausage in batter sat for 10mins in the heater... And then they ran out of chips. Not good service. Might have been worth it if the food was anything above ok. Sadly, not even close. The chewy batter on the sausages were inedible and discarded after one bite. So had sausages at the price of battered ones. Fish could have easily swam off back to the ocean in the grease it was sat in.
Never thought I'd say this, but I wish the parkdean chippy were open.
