Very nice cakes and staff can be pleasant but I have been twice and wasn't welcomed when I arrived either time. It's nice if someone acknowledges you and points out how things work. Do you order at the counter or take a seat, for instance? Perhaps I have been unlucky...
This place is hands down one of the best bakery cafés I've ever been to! The staff are helpful and friendly, the sandwiches are to die for and the cakes! Oh the cakes!!! The cake shop is a must!
Breakfast was fantastic and a lovely atmosphere, although the coffee wasn't the best, maybe I'm just fussy because I love my coffee though :)
