Great traditional bakery. Lovely donut and pasty with friendly service. Proper traditional bakeries are getting harder to find and this is a good one.
I come to cake kitchen nearly every day ,i love their rolls and sandwiches ,there is so much salad in each roll and it tastes so nice , the salads are delicious and freshly made every day and they are so nice and refreshing. Their tear and share bread is very nice as well. They have plenty of loaves and bread. I highly recommend this bakery.* * * * *
Just about the best bread, cake and baked goods shop I ever been in. A fantastic variety of bread types, from standard loaves to artisan specialist varieties, they all look so appealing you can't help buying an extra one. The cakes, from small individual ones to larger family sizes, are unfailingly superb. As for the pastries, until you've had a pasty from here, or the huge slices of quiche, you will not have had a better one. And here's the clincher: the prices are all such excellent value. That's why I always buy more from here than I originally plan! Of all the many reasons to visit Frinton on-Sea, The Cake Kitchen is one of my main ones.
Best cornish pasty ! Lovely! We bought a tin of shandy (I never seen it for a while) that was great. I wish we had this bakery in my own plase ( I am travelling). Thank you for lovely service as well.
Did not accept cards which seems very strange in 2023 and stuck in the past. Was then given incorrect change by the most unpleasant lady one could ever be served by. Never again!
One of the best bakeries ever, fantastic fresh cakes and bread and for a posh area so reasonably priced.
Fantastic service. Great sandwiches made to order. My son loved his chocolate chip cookie!
