I've passed this place many times so thought it was about time to try the bakery. Very disappointed with myself for passing so often an not calling in !!
It has a lovely variety of hot and cold sandwiches, cakes, pies and bread, very pleasant staff. Not a large shop and currently only allowing 2 people inside at a time, and on a slightly negative side, service can be a little slow, but definitely worth the wait.
Had the breakfast muffin absolutely stuffed now brilliant lady serving me cheap and nice meat
This place is a hidden gem ???? I sent Mrs in to secret review there 5.50 belly buster breakfast butty for my YouTube channel the fat foodie mcr and boy it didn't dissapoint it was massive fresh and tasty was stuffed for the day I named it the kitchen sink .and there oldskool cakes didn't dissapoint either as I took a bite of my cornflake jam and pastry cake I was instantly transported bk at primary school highly recommend
Pastry on pastie very hard, and lemon bun dough seemed stale maybe yesterdays.
Quality, fresh produce. Proper traditional bakery. The full breakfast is not for the feint hearted. Highly recommended
Went in today, Friday 17/12/21, nipped in and ordered 2 x crispy bacon baps and a cuppa tea with the bag in please, 5 mins later i returned and bingo it was done also with my request of brown sauce and pepper, it was 10/10, top food, when next in the area i will be back, the ladies were cracking too, thanks for a beautiful breakfast. Fantastic local bakery, traditionally made made cakes pies and lovely bread.
Meat pie is definitely recommended as are the muffins.
Staff are lovely really welcoming.
An independent bakers hidden on the Croft industrial estate. Great breads, pastries and cakes. I recommend the Manchester Tart. Friendly, helpful staff.
