Our first Bench ice cream of 2024 and as always it did not disappoint!
So many delicious flavours to choose from and the option of vegan ice-creams and dog friendly ones too was very pleasing to see. The staff were friendly, helpful and able to answer our questions regarding ingredients and allergies. Thank you - we will be back for many many more!
Fantastic homemade ice cream located in the centre of St David’s. You can really see how much time and effort goes into making their lovely ice cream . Salted Caramel by far the most popular and best flavour. All staff are so polite and welcoming to all customers. Well done to Katy and the team for a great start to the season ????

A huge variety to choose from making it a very difficult choice (a perfect excuse for plenty more visits)!

My daughters are always asking to go for ice cream at The Bench, I mean, how can I say no when the ice cream is so yummy! ????
Disappointed. I have been a satisfied customer for many years but on my 2 visits last week the ice cream looked like and had the texture of sorbet rather than the creamy ice cream I have been accustomed to. The rum and raisin choice was also lacking in taste. Expensive for iced water, frankly Lidl's ice cream is superior in taste and texture.
Went to the bench with my children and we had the most wonderful icecreams. Reasonably priced and big portions. Staff were lovely and friendly. Can't wait for our next visit.
Interesting place with a vast variety of ice creams and service with a smile. Very busy. Had to wait for a while. Worth all the wait. Even a bowl for furry companions.
Can’t fault the ice cream, lots of choices, made on the premises with local milk . The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area . One visit is never enough, as difficult to choose! Has comfortable seating area outside which is much appreciated after a long coastline walk . Will be back again soon.
This is the best ice cream shop I know. Ice cream servings are extremely generous with an extremely large range of flavours that are slitely different every time I go there. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
