Friendly staff and good food at fair prices. Like looking out to the gardens where fresh flowers, fruit and vegetables are grown for the café, so you know everything is fresh. They will cater for a great number of people, provided you book ahead. I took over 16 people there a few times and all enjoyed the food. Big thumbs up.
I visited the Bank Cafe today on my bike and thought the place was lovely, as were the staff. The bike tools and pump outside were an added bonus (though I didn't need them today). I wanted to award more stars but sadly the coffee was rather weak & the choice of cakes limited (though the one I had was nice). It is a shame that the cafe is not open at weekends for us hungry cyclists!
Great staff, great food, lovely ambience to the place! Even in you are just popping in for a cuppa, it's worth a visit. Art work on the walls for sale too.
Worth a drop by. Friendly staff, lovely coffee & paninis, relaxing location and great stop off point for parents with young kids or cyclists heading back to Glasgow or onto Ayrshire. There's a bike workshop attached to the rear where your bike can be fixed or a bike can be hired. 2 mins from Neilston rail station.
Nice bright and airy cafe, absolutely lovely staff who cannot do enough for you. Really lovely selection of freshly made food and fresh tea and coffee

Fab, when it's open. It would be nice if they had slightly longer hours but I appreciate that they rely heavily on volunteers.
Lovely surroundings but the food and lack of hospitality is a major let down,would be nice to be greeted with a smile.
