Pub where the locals of all ages go. We felt welcome as tourists as well. Good selection of whiskey and beer taps.
Pub gets noisy and busy sometimes, but thats part of the experience.
No food served and as April 2024 eating take-away here was not allowed.
Angela is the absolute best! She had wonderful suggestions across the board and the atmosphere was the absolute best pub experience. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for making my vacation on Islay memorable and hopefully I will be able to move here soon!

Has juke box and another fantastic area with a pool table.open to midnight Evey night.
An absolute corker of a place. A real melting pot of locals and tourists. A proper pub where anything seems to happen, the locals mingle and having a good time is instilled in the air. Shame we only could stay for a couple; seems to be the place to go if you live or stay in Port Ellen.
