I am writing to share details of my retail experience of Jay. I believe she holds the position of supervisor and is based at Ted Baker - Cannock Outlet.
I contacted the store a few days ago where Jay happened to answer the phone. I sought to share my current circumstances and she was keen to offer a listening ear.
Following the dialogue Jay very kindly offered me the opportunity of a personalised retail experience. In addition I sought information regarding another matter where she enquired on my behalf.
I managed to visit the store today and unfortunately the options at my disposal did not fulfil my requirements.
However I feel it is essential to recognise and celebrate the positive retail experience I had with Jay.
Having historically been a resource in the retail industry I am only acutely aware of the challenges personnel face from consumers.
Thank you Jay for taking timeout of managing your: store, resource pool and customers to listen to my tears, and implementing options to honour my requests. I imagine all of your customers experience such behaviours which sets the benchmark for all your staff to aspire to.

I visited today and received absolutely faultless service from Holly and Emma. They were both so kind and helpful and made me feel great about the look of the dress I was trying on. Their service was above and beyond. Shop is immaculate and stock is always changing with new amazing styles to find. My favourite place to visit in the whole designer village!
Having been in Ted Baker on several occasions, I wanted to say a thank you to the very friendly,helpful staff.
I haven't found something I want on every visit (but that is me shopping in general) but I have found some great bargains on quality clothing.
Certainly worth a visit as they constantly change stock, so sometimes its just a case of timing ;-)
Excellent and friendly customer service, who went above and beyond trying to find a dress in the right size for us. Searching not only their own store but their website and the websites of other stores. When it seemed our search was in vain, they even wrote down the product code for us and recommended another store to check. 5 Star.
Rude bald older male member of staff! I was so shocked by his customer service!
I bought these trousers online for £49 which were originally £99. The quality of these trousers is amazing and this store was selling the same trousers for £29. Not only did they double discount their products to a third of the price, they had this discount for some great trousers. Obviously there were many sizes out of stock but what do you expect from an outlet store.
The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. There was not one but three assistants including the manager who were happy to help and went out their way to find me exactly what I wanted. Thank you and will definitely be back. Quality clothes with great reductions.
Yes they do great clothes , I’m a 32”waste so I would say pretty average largest pair of chino shorts in the whole shop 30 “ waste . What’s the point in that, big display at the front of the shop and not one size above 30 inches . They do really nice clothes just need too eat salads for another few years to fit in them
