I’m a Yorkshire lass when I saw Yorkshire fish cakes I thought I’d try one it was the best iv had will be going again and telling all my friends well done tailors fish shop your amazing
The food was extremely nice and very tasty but unfortunately half of it was wasted as there was no grease proof paper between the fish and chips. They were just stuck to the paper. Felt I’d wasted £20 to be honest as we both ended up with half of what was it the papers. The batter from the fish was just all stuck too
Staff friendly, ok prices, food nice. Only thing is that the portions can vary depending on who serves you. I have to check the chip portion as they are serving to see if I will need to buy need more. Can also be a pain to park.
High volume place with fresh fish products. Very generous portions and justifiable price for the same reason. One improvement is advised to get 5 stars to change the frying oil more frequently. Does affect the taste.

If I could give it -0 I would . I have just had a fish & Chips , pie & Chips and sausage and chips . We could not eat any of it as it was thick with grease and it ALL tasted vile. I should have known judging by the filth of the floor and the dirt of the mans beard behind the counter . Every single thing went into the bin . Even the children refused to eat it .What a complete waste of £22 !!! Don’t bother to even enter the place let alone eat from there !!!
A fish and chips heaven ????, probably the best I have had.
Very friendly staff and excellent customer service aswell as great quality food.
This is technically a take away but there are a couple of benches outside the shop where you can sit and enjoy your food.

Away with the family in camper van, found this place by chance and fully recommend it. Choose this places over the overpriced others based at beaches.
Price is decent. Wait time variable. Some chips still raw and cold in the middle. Only thing that distressed me was being called darling and babe from the girl serving. Found it highly inappropriate and rude.
