I pre ordered a meal here from just eat as a substitute for my normal takeaway during the virus, but was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews. I have to say I was really impressed by everything, from the service, delivery ( spot on order time) and the meal itself which was delicious as was my husband’s. Can’t fault anything and will definitely be ordering again next week!
2hrs to come. 3 dishes ordered and you would think they would get one right. Nope. All in the bin. Ribs terrible. What the hell is that sauce? Squid like rubber. How can you put food out like that, and cold? Refund???
Ordered a takeaway yesterday and it took nearly an hour to arrive. When it did it was disgusting the spare ribs were so covered with a thick mess I had to remove with a spoon . The sauce for the sweet and sour was a block in a cup. You could stand a spoon up in it. The soup was far to salty and the rice very over fried . So much so what I did eat upset my stomach.Wont be back !!!
Very disappointed when a wrong order arrived but felt better when I rang them to complain because they promised a replacement free next time I ordered.
I rang to place an order a few weeks later and reminded them of their free replacement only to be told this had not been recorded so they would not be honoring their promise.
I felt very disappointed and angry that I was made to believe them and felt very foolish that I was took in.
Not a happy customer at all and I have ripped up their menu and all my family and friends will no longer be using them but will use a company who they can rely on and trust.
Placed an order. At over 1hr later I contact them to get. We're really busy. Then wait some more.
It gets to 3hrs after I placed the order. Still not arrived.

ordered shredded crispy chicken and when it came it was way too salty. i fned up to get it changed or give me my money bk and i was told no cos it was salty so if i was anyone else i wouldnt get anythin out it as it was revoltin
Absolute disgusting chicken chow mein was inedible spare ribs were revolting on the plus side the chips from the chicken Marland were good. So for good chips you know where to go
Avoid like the Plague. Food beyond Bad: Sub-standard and Inedible. The whole £14.00 order went straight in the Bin. No refund.
