Very friendly and informative service. I spoke with the pharmacist about some spots on my face and they gave me advice to clear up my skin. I told them that I have autism and they were very helpful.
I lost some personal paperwork in the town, the pharmacy delivery driver went out of their way to return it to my address, I really appreciate the kindness of the staff who did this. Thank you so much.
My son who's 18 went in to change my partners tablets today as it was all arranged yesterday they were happy to do it he went to change them over and the lady who served him was very rude and not very helpful at all not very happy he eventually managed to get it sorted after explaining everything again to them but they were not helpful at all
Yes I must admit that my husbands repeat prescription was put in over a week ago, but the nature of his business means he's out at work from 8am through to 5 pm or later. BUT every day for the last week he has done his level best to get back to pick his script before 5pm. However today he made it dead on 5pm, three staff still in the chemist and one outside and THEY REFUSED TO GIVE HIM HIS PRESCRIPTION. Thank You the STAFF at T H Pritchard, good to know that customer service is still your main priority NOT!!

I went to Abertillery today as have two poorly children, any one who lives in Abertillery will know how difficult it is to gain doctors appointment, so went to visit a pharmacist at 1.15. All three chemist were closed for lunch, this to me seems really poor. I know that people need their lunch break, however for all 3 Phamacist to go to lunch at once seems poor service. How difficult would it be for them to communicate with each other and stager lunches so a pharmacist is available all day.
Always answer the phone quickly, excellent service from the staff and good communication from the pharmacist.
