Staff are always polite and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait a while but you know that if they have your prescription they will make it up. I moved to this chemist from a nearer one because I was impressed with the good service and longer opening hours. On my last visit even though they were about to close i wasn't turned away. They made up the prescription so I didn't have to go back. Definitely the best chemist in the area.
I go here at least twice a week & all the staff are very friendly & helpful even though they are quite obviously run off their feet - it gets so busy in there especially with having a Dr's surgery attached to the building but nevertheless they are always very nice I would 100% definitely recommend this chemist for prescriptions, vaccines, general advice & treatments etc & they have seats to sit & wait & they also have quite a large car park aswell so you should never have any problems here that's for sure ????????????
Not acknowledged when you enter as staff seem to busy preparing prescriptions, 5 people waiting on my visit and very awkward that no one had been seen.
Only when what appeared to be the delivery driver returned and commented to another staff member that many people were waiting did someone come to the counter. They did seem very good at re stacking empty baskets.
To be fair though a refurbishment of the front part of the store was in full swing albeit no work was been done during my visit.
Rang up to access the minor ailments scheme for my sick daughter. Was told to bring her in to be checked. They didn't have the medicine in stock, offered a cheaper alternative (not a problem) but had to argue for a syringe. They didn't even look at my daughter. I could have left her at home to rest.
I wish they just told me on the phone they didn't have it in so I could have gone elsewhere. It seems they have taken on far too much and can't cope with the amount of patients they're dealing with.

Awareness of impact on patients symptoms, caused by delays in supply and delivery of patients medications.
Whilst I respectfully acknowledge and appreciate the sincerest apologies from pharmacy/GP/NHS 'Staff' , (due to many factors out of their control)
I still feel very dismayed that on a number of occasions now I have had to pursue (both via phone calls and physically in person) missing/delayed items from my prescription. This medication, when missing or delayed, even for just 24 hours, has major consequences for my health 'condition' . Rendering me physically and mentally incapable of normal daily functions; due to significant increases in pain levels (widespread in my body).
Therefore I respectfully request that awareness of these situations are raised, reasonable education and improvements are implemented in order that you may reduce occurrence and impact on patients/customers/clients 'Health and Wellbeing '

Went to see the pharmacist (his name was Joesph) regarding my son who is unwell he didn't even take my boys temperature or look at his throat totally feel like he disregarded my concerns regarding tonsillitis (which his twin was diagnosed with 3 days earlier in the same chemist but we saw Elijah who was fantastic with my other boy) it's a shame because iv been really put off from using this service now ????
Staffs are kind, helpful and hard working. I get my medication always on time. I’m very thankful for their services.
Friendly staff, couldn't do more for you. I went in last week for an emergency prescription (inhaler), and they helped me on the spot, as well as adding me onto their deliveries.
