Cannot wait to go back to try more of their yummy desserts. Had the French Toast with strawberries and bananas and the fruit was lovely and fresh and the french toast was super yummy with the cream and maple syrup!
Amazing waffles, very filling and worth the price. The bubble tea is really good as well. They are dog friendly and even gave my dogs some cream in a cup :)

This dessert shop is a true gem in Hertford. Whether you're stopping in for a quick milkshake or looking to indulge in a delicious crepe, you won't be disappointed! The family that runs the shop is always on hand to greet you with a smile and offer recommendations or answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend giving it a try!
Delivery was quick and driver was friendly however the pricing is ridiculous when you compare the portion. We ordered a brownie cheesecake, the size is so small which is not worth £5 and it does not taste great, the mixed slushy also is waste of money it just tastes like ribena in ice. I would like to know how to request a refund?
After a lovely stroll in Hertford, I was delighted to come across Sugar Mama’s. I ordered a kinder bueno milkshake and was surprised how delicious it was. The Mrs’ got the bubble tea and was also very pleased. It was all made very quick even though they had many customer orders to fulfil.
The staff were very welcoming and polite added with great upbeat music in the shop. Will definitely be coming back here again!
Been here a couple of times, as has great evening opening hours. Primary aged kids love the selection of drinks and international sweets, I like the oat milk flat white. Has a great photo op with angel wings at the front while you wait for your order.
We ordered 2 shakes and dessert through Deliveroo, however the delivery never came.. they didn’t ring the bell or call. I called Sugar Mama’s to chase the order and the lady in the phone was dismissive and didn’t even apologise. She told me it wasn’t her problem and that I needed to contact Deliveroo. I found this attitude very frustrating and to be quite honest I wouldn’t go there or order from there again. A simple sorry would have made this a whole lot better. No customer service skills whatsoever, she hung up in the end!!
