Lovely staff. Very polite. A small building but the amount of personality from the staff makes up for that. There are a flight of stairs to deal with leading up to the top salon floor but they also do work down stairs too.
I feel that all the staff there are very qualified to do what they do.

Daughter and friend had hair cut there on Saturday on their own, she's 14 cut it shorter than asked for wasn't very pleasant to her and I could of cut straighter, chunks missing will now have to pay again for it to be done properly. Not happy at all. After speaking to Tracy the manager I took daughter back and she corrected the error. Daughter all happy now.
Great service. Staff exceptionally friendly. Service and coffee spot on. Covid-19 safe. Will definately be going again and again and again. Prices very good too.
