A family-run business with friendly, professional staff who are down to earth and understanding about what you require, what they are going to do and - importantly - how much it's going to cost. Whether it's a tyre check, MOT, or a full service they've always done an excellent job and provided useful advice along the way.
I've used Stubbs for more years than I can remember with Volvo's, MX5s and Skoda. Absolutely first class - I trust them totally.
I dont live close to them but since i found them there the best at all they do great work

Down visiting family from London, and had some mechanical issues. Always worried about using a mechanic I haven’t used before but needed it checked before I drove back to London.
I honestly can say this garage is 10/10, the staff went above and beyond to explain what the issue was how much it would cost and went out of their way to make sure my car was all ready and safe for mine and my families drive back home.
Customer service outstanding and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
2 weeks ago my car broke down with a clutch problem ,the AA towed my vehicle to Stubbs garage,they replaced my clutch and oil and filter change and carried out repairs to pass MOT,I have used them since moving to this area,being a Senior Citizen of 84 years,I appreciate the care given to my 16 year old Citreon picasso, they're a really friendly family business, I can't speak more highly of them and would recommend them highly
I took my car today for MOT. Service absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and very reasonable on the price. Would highly recommend.
